CTC EIS complete and green tick
The Canberra Technology City (CTC) environment impact statement (EIS) is now available for community comment. The EIS has been diligently prepared by independent expert consultants, GHD, who were commissioned by the proponents of the CTC project.

ActewAGL advises its telephone network has been restored. The ActewAGL Contact Centre is fully operational and can be contacted on 13 14 93.

13 14 93 telephone number affected by hardware failure
ActewAGL has experienced a hardware failure on their telephone network at ActewAGL House. As a result, the ActewAGL Contact Centre cannot be contacted on 13 14 93.

Today commemorates 150 years since the first recorded game of Australian Football was played. To mark this milestone, a number of ActewAGL employees will participate in Kick Around Australia Day – an event scheduled by the AFL.

CTC consortium receives Government notification on EIS
The Canberra Technology City Consortium today (6 August 2008) received notification from the Minister for Planning Mr Andrew Barr of an Environmental Impact Study (EIS) of the proposed Canberra Technology City (CTC) project.
