Electricity and gas

If you already have a natural gas and electricity meter on your property, request for the natural gas and electricity to be turned on at your new home or small business premise. This step-by-step process will also allow you to apply for rebates and energy disconnection. To complete this form you will need your address, ID and account details.

If you don’t have a natural gas meter on your property, simply print and complete the following form and submit via one of the contact methods outlined on the front page.
